As psychologist, Viktor Frankl said, “Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life. Everyone must carry out a concrete assignment that demands fulfillment. Therein he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be repeated. Thus everyone’s task is as unique as his specific opportunity to implement it.”
If We Don’t Take Chances, then We’ll Never Find the Rainbows
A Poem by Collin McCarty
If we don’t ever take chances, we won’t reach the rainbows.
If we don’t ever search, we’ll never be able to find.
If we don’t attempt to get over our doubts and fears, we’ll never discover how wonderful it is to live without them.
If we don’t go beyond difficulty, we won’t grow any stronger.
If we don’t keep our dreams alive, we won’t have our dreams any longer.
But..
If we can take a chance now and then, seek and search, discover and dream, grow and go through each day with the knowledge that we can only take as much as we can give, and we can only get as much out of life as we allow ourselves to live…
Then…
We can be truly happy.
We can realize a dream or two along the way, and we can make a habit of reaching out for rainbows and coloring our lives with wonderful days.

“The confidence you need is belief in your potential. If you see world-class potential in yourself, you’ll put in the effort. If you don’t see the potential, you won’t put in the effort and you’ll wait for the performance, and the performance always follows the belief in self” – Denis Waitley

You’re Not Looking For Everyone
I am sitting here on a Thursday evening preparing for a very busy weekend. Not only do we have Sunday to look forward to, which is always filled with an entire day of praise and worship, but we also have 3 important meetings for our business.
Since Melisa and I have been on a path of financial freedom for the past several years, one of the lessons we had to learn, and you only learn from experience, is you’re not looking for everyone to join your team. As a matter of fact, you will find out, as we have, that most people are simply not interested in financial freedom.
Yeah, I know, what a crock, right? I mean everyone would love to be financially free!? It just isn’t so…
What people want are instant riches, fast money, “realistic” income, safe and secure ways to make a living. As a matter of fact, once presented with an opportunity most people will try everything they can to find reasons not to do it, as opposed to looking at all the reasons why they should.
We have come to understand that this reaction is simply a learned response. As we grew up many of us came from hard working middle class, to even lower class, families. We were taught that working a job from Mon-Fri with the weekends off was the norm. Just like going to school, once you have done it for a little while it becomes a habit. Nothing to it but to do it!
It really does take a special kind of person to see opportunity when it comes their way. Now I am not talking about all the people on the social sites these days that are always talking about how great their business is and the amount of money they made that day, or week. Not saying this is not true for many of them, however, the real opportunity isn’t going to come in the form of a product, service, or compensation plan. The real opportunity will come in the form of education.
We have all heard the saying, “Give a man a fish and feed him for the day, teach a man how to fish and feed him for a lifetime.” The secret isn’t in giving him the fish, it is in teaching him how to fish. Financial Freedom works the same way. Dangling money at someone will entice them, only for a moment. Sharing your results in your opportunity may bring people aboard, however, creating a false sense that they can do what you are doing right out of the gate is just not right.
Sure some people will have quick results, others though not so much. What happens to the person who simply joined an opportunity because of the excitement of someone else’s success, yet they do not experience the same result? They quit. How sad!
Do you have any idea what it is going to take to become financially free? Are you prepared to overcome personal fears, obstacles, and even setbacks while on your journey?
I have heard it said many times, and I know it to be true, “If being financially free were easy, everyone would be!” And that is a fact. How many people do you personally know that are financially free? Really think about that!
People are willing to invest thousands of dollars in a college education as they pursue high paying careers. There is nothing wrong with this, assuming that is what you really want out of life. If it is not then consider this for a moment. Should you be one of those people who truly wants to achieve financial freedom, without working a job for the rest of your life, are you just as willing to invest thousands of dollars into your own personal education? If you are, then my friend financial freedom is within reach.
Don’t get me wrong, when I say you don’t want to work a job, I never said you won’t have to work. Becoming financially free is going to take hard work, time, and commitment. However, the hardest part won’t be physical labor, it will be learning. Investing in yourself through books, cds, seminars, mentorship and experience.
Do you have what it takes? Do you really desire freedom?
Here are two of my all time favorite quotes that have served me well on my journey to financial freedom!
“Empty your purse to fill your mind and your mind will fill your purse.” – Benjamin Franklin
“It took years to become an overnight success.” – Unknown
Invest in your financial education first. Then apply what you learn!

The Ultimate Life
As September draws to an end, so does the book of the month! Did you get your copies?
This month we had 2 books, as they were sequels to one another. For this quick book review I am only going to be talking about one of them, which was the most recently released, “The Ultimate Life.”
If you didn’t get your copies yet do so right now! Click on the image of either book and order them today…
Let’s talk about “The Ultimate Life.”
The quote on the cover says it all! “If you lost a billion dollars, what would you do to get it back? Jason Stevens is on a quest to save his Ultimate Gift…”
As you can see without reading “The Ultimate Gift,” you would not understand or be able to follow along with the storyline in this book. For that reason I suggest you purchase both books. Or, if you would prefer, purchase “The Ultimate Gift,” on DVD! Watch the DVD, then read “The Ultimate Life.”
Here is what the book is about.
When Jason Steven found out he had to learn twelve lessons to maybe get an unnamed inheritance from his billionaire grandfather, he was not amused. By the time he’d finished learning the imposed lessons, he’d become a different man. Ready to tackle the duties running a multibillion dollar trust, his plans for the year are once again derailed; this time by his pugnacious family. Not content with their cattle ranches and oil fields; his aunts, uncles, and even his mother are determined to see every last dime entrusted to their own self-serving pockets.
With none of the reluctance he initially showed for “The Ultimate Gift,” he eagerly accepts the challenge and pushes himself to prove not only to his family and the court but also to the world that with determination and the simple tenets of “The Ultimate Gift,” anyone can lead “The Ultimate Life.”
All I can say is these 2 books will change how you think. You will begin to see the world from a different perspective, possibilities will become more real, and you will become more confident than ever to pursue your dreams and live the remainder of your years to the fullest!
I read this book from cover to cover in a little over 5 hours. There were moments when I put the book down, tears running down my cheek, and looked to the sky realizing that my dreams are not only real, they are within my reach. I challenge you to read these books and share your experience with us below.
