Lets talk about Network Marketing!

I just can’t help myself, I love this industry. As I have been reading, and studying, the newest book by Robert Kiyosaki, “The Business of the 21st Century,” which also happens to be our Book of the Month for August, my love and belief for the industry has grown stronger than ever before. This is one of those books, that when read by the right person, will change your life entirely.

For many years we have been involved in this industry. It has been quite the journey and learning experience. Finally, along comes a book that breaks down every aspect of what makes Network Marketing the best Information Age business of our time. For years it has been tough for Melisa and I to understand why so many people seem to miss the opportunity. Here is an explanation from Robert’s book that says it all!

_______________

Network Marketing is one of the fastest growing business models in the world today, yet most people still cannot see it. Why not? People might see the product–the home-care or wellness products, or the telecom, financial, or legal services–but they don’t realize that that isn’t really the business. The real business is not the product, but the networks through which the product travels.

People still don’t grasp the value of network marketing because it is invisible. It is virtual, not material. You cannot see it with your eyes because there is very little to see. It is a genuine Information-Age business model: To grasp its value, it’s not enough to open your eyes, you need to open your mind. There are no golden arches, no green mermaids beckoning you to come into their place of business. The business of network marketing has exploded throughout the world, yet the masses often still do not see it.

Businesses such as Genral Motors and General Electric are Industrial-Age businesses. Franchises–McDonald’s, Subway, The UPS Store, Ace Hardware, and the rest–are transition businesses that sprang up to bridge the passage from the Industrial Age into the Information Age. Network marketing businesses are genuine Information-Age businesses, because they deal not with land and materials, factories and employees, but with pure information.

As a network marketer, you might think your job is to demonstrate and sell a product. It’s not. Your job is to communicate information, to tell a great story and build a network.

_______________

The business has always been about building a network, an asset, which produces long term residual income. The business model falls into the category of Big Business which takes time to construct. It makes perfect sense, since most people are trained up to work jobs, they develop an employee mindset. For some people that is great, there are people who love their jobs and they couldn’t fathom ever doing anything else. However, for others, they seek information that can help them get out of the home to work trap and create true wealth. You have to go from thinking like an employee who work to earn income, and think like a business owner, who builds assets which produce income.

This book bridges the gap for anyone sincerely seeking change in their career. The question that you must ask yourself is this, “Do I really want to change?” Are you willing to read a book? How about watch several videos online, read relative blogs, attend meetings, in order to educate yourself on what is available, and more importantly, what is possible?

There are four core financial values. Kiyosaki explains this as basically four different mindsets. Let me illustrate the four mindsets for you, ask yourself which category do you mostly fall into.

1) Employee – “I am looking for a safe, secure job with good pay and excellent benefits.” For someone living in the E quadrant, the core value is security.
2) Self Employed or Specialists – “If you want something done right, do it yourself.” For people in the S quadrant, the core value is independence.
3) Business Owner – “I’m looking for the best people to join my team.” For people in the B quadrant, the core value is wealth-building.
4) Investor – “What’s my return on investment.” What people in the I quadrant value most is financial freedom.

So? Are you a 1? 2? 3? or 4? Or, like us, you could be a combination of two. Our core beliefs put us in the B and I quadrants. It is for that reason why we have never wanted to work a job, and never will. However, many people love the security of being an employee and therefore think starting their own business is risky.

If you find yourself wanting to be Wealthy or Financially Free and are willing to learn new information in order to develop the mindset necessary to achieve those results, then I highly suggest you get a copy of this book and READ IT! Perhaps you don’t want to be wealthy, however, would like to supplement your income, or create an additional income stream from home part time, you should get the book also.

It is through my observation that many great people who are looking for something different in life miss what they are looking for because they simply don’t have enough of the right information. That is no longer the case!

Take some time right now and order the book. Read it, then start your quest to find the best opportunity/team to join and get started today!

God bless!
Ron
